Ordered trimmers that were cheap and dull, can't get a refund

I placed an order back on January 4th for their blackout zero gapped trimmers and an extra set of blades. The stuff showed up about two weeks later. Right away I could tell it was cheaply made. The trimmers were the dullest blades I've ever seen. I tried switching to the second set of blades and it was the same thing, just as dull.

I've emailed their support address multiple times asking for a refund or even to send a replacement. Never got a single reply. I see their ads all the time now and I comment about the bad service and quality every time. They must be using bots and fake reviews because there's no way anyone is getting a good product from them. They say they're a US company but my package came from China with Chinese writing all over it.
