Got a charge for a baby bassinet I never ordered

I was just going through my email and saw an order confirmation for a bassinet being sent to my apartment. I never ordered this. I tried to find the tracking info to cancel it, but the email address they gave doesn't work. The phone number doesn't work either.

I looked up the website, BarbiesMall.com, and it's known for being a scam site. They still took $30.99 from me for something I didn't buy. I have no way to contact them to fix it or get my money back.
