Ordered sandals and got fake charges on my card instead

I ordered 2 pairs of sandals on the 2nd and used my debit card. That same night I got 2 fraudulent transactions on my card. I went and replaced my debit card the next day but they still kept trying to buy stuff on another shoe site using my info. At least 2 more times after that.

I have contacted them multiple times and they just tell me to "keep an eye on my tracking number" but they never gave me one. No tracking info at all. I ordered 33 days ago and still get the runaround. The company is using AI to reply to my emails too, it doesn't feel like a real person.
