Ordered a chicken coop and it never showed up

I ordered a chicken coop for $78 from this place. It never arrived. Now it says it got held up in customs in Los Angeles or something. I have been waiting 2 months for it to come in.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] but I didn't get any real help. They just said it was stuck. I don't even know if there's a real company or if it's just some scam. I never got my money back or the coop.
