Ordered a Barkbutton in February, still says "Order placed" and no one replies

I ordered the Barkbutton from their website on February 27th. It's been a while now and my order status still just says "Order placed." Nothing has changed.

I tried contacting the company multiple times through the support email to ask about my order. I haven't gotten a single response back. They charged my card $34.98 total for the product and shipping, but I can't get ahold of anyone. There's no phone number listed anywhere to call either.

I looked it up and it seems a lot of other people are having this exact same problem.
