Website kept refreshing and charged my card four times for nothing

I tried to get that free bark button they were offering. The page just kept refreshing and jumping around to different pages. Never got a confirmation page or anything. I thought maybe it didn't go through so I checked my credit card.

Turns out they charged me four separate times. This was on Feb 4th and as of May 18 I still haven't gotten any product at all. Nothing showed up. No bark button, no email, nothing. I emailed [email protected] and got no reply. The phone number they had was (772) 342-0839. I just want my money back.

Paid shipping for a cat item I never got from BarkButtonUS

I saw BarkButtonUS.com and asked them a question about something for cats. They got back to me and said they could send me one, I just had to cover the shipping cost of $14.99. So I paid that. But I never got the item. It never showed up. I paid the shipping to the email [email protected] and the charge came through, but that was it. No follow up, no product, nothing.
