Ordered a product that fell apart in ten minutes

I ordered from barkwellco.com and it was a total waste of money. They said delivery would be 5-7 days but it took 3 and a half weeks to show up. And when it finally got here the product was nothing like what they showed on the site.

The thing was so poorly made it only lasted about 10 minutes before it broke. Their website says "No Hassle" refunds but they won't answer any of my emails. I've sent messages to [email protected] and got nothing back. No phone number to call either. So I'm out 65 bucks for something I used for ten minutes.
