Ordered herding balls and never got anything back

I saw the BarkWell advertisement, I think it was on Facebook but not totally sure. So I googled the BarkWell site and looked up their herding ball reviews and stuff. I bought 2 of them and got a confirmation email with an order number and it said they were getting my order ready to ship.

Then nothing showed up and no updates. I tried contacting them through their site contact form and got no reply. So I emailed them asking to cancel and still nothing. I called the phone number they gave but it didn’t even identify any company, just went straight to voicemail. Lost about 87 bucks.

Paid for a ball online and never got anything back

I found this website barkwellco.com and they had a ball I wanted. It was supposed to be a regular online purchase so I paid $65 for it.

Never got the ball. No tracking number or anything. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but nobody ever wrote me back. The phone number they had listed is (860) 324-8370 and it just rings. The address they gave is in New Haven, CT but I don't know if that's even real at this point.

Just took my money and disappeared.
