Indestructible ball broke in two minutes and no one answers

I bought this so-called indestructible ball from barkwell.com. It was advertised as indestructible, which is the whole reason I ordered it. Paid 56 dollars for it. Got it in the mail and my dog started playing with it, and within two minutes it was broken. Completely torn apart.

I tried emailing them and calling the number on the site. No response at all. Not even an automatic reply. I just want my money back or at least some kind of answer about why they sell something that clearly is not what they say it is. Still waiting to hear back from anyone.

Ordered online from Barkwell and never got my stuff

I ordered from this company Barkwell.com. The website looked legit, I thought it was a real business. But there is no contact information anywhere on the site.

I spent $70. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but they never answer. No phone number, no address, nothing. So I have no way to get my money back or find out where my order is.
