Ordered two watches and never got them

I ordered two watches from bartactt.com, they were $70 each so $140 total. After about a week I tried emailing them and also used the chat on their site but nobody ever got back to me. I never got the watches. The address they had was in Temecula, CA, USA. Just nothing from them at all.
