Missing racial trait after buying a character change

I bought something off the website and it said I would get certain racial traits. There is a link on the site showing what the Dracthyr Horde race should have. One of those traits is just missing from the character I’m playing.

I asked them for a refund and to just put my character back to how it was before. They are refusing to do it. I lost $25 over this.
