Got a call from B&B Law Firm about a fake payday loan

I got a phone call, and then they called my husband too. The first call left a voicemail on my phone using a name I haven't used in years, and both calls were just recordings. We called the number back. A man answered and said it was B&B Law Firm. He gave the number 863-222-0600.

He said I took out a PayDay Loan for $1200 back in 2020. He said they did a search and found two of my addresses, an old one and my current one. He said mail was undeliverable to the old address and then wanted to confirm my current address. He stated they were going after me for $4700 and that I needed to be served a summons. He was trying to insinuate it was for my company, but my company wasn't even established until the 3rd quarter of 2021.

The guy was very rude. He asked if I wanted to know their offer to resolve it. We argued that I never took out a personal loan in 2020. He said they would have the IRS take money out of my wages or my company's tax refunds.
