Ordered fire glass, got endless delays and then ignored

I ordered some fire glass from what looked like a real business, BBQ Grills. I paid with my credit card online. After that, it was just excuse after excuse for two months, all these "delays." When I finally asked for a refund, their so-called customer service just stopped replying to me.

Then out of nowhere, I got added to this huge email thread with like 50 other people. Seems like everyone has the same problem—no product, no refund. And now we're all stuck on this email chain and can't get removed from it. The whole thing feels completely fake. I'm just glad my order wasn't for one of their expensive grills, because they're still out there "selling" them.
