Paid over $600 for a grill that never came, company won't answer

I placed an order on the BBQgrills.com website and paid with my debit card. The total was $629. When I called the number, (855) 342-3312, they told me it would be delivered in two weeks. After that first call, they never answered the phone again.

I sent a bunch of emails to [email protected] and also to [email protected]. I never got a single reply. I never got the grill, no shipping updates, nothing. It's been complete silence from this company. The address they have is 3171 Highway 12 #110 in Burson, CA, but that doesn't help. I'm out the money and have nothing to show for it.

Ordered a grill for a birthday gift that never came

My wife ordered a grill from BBQGrills.com back on January 4th, 2026. It was supposed to be a birthday gift for me. The person on the phone said delivery would take 10 to 14 days. After three weeks, nothing. We called to ask what was going on.

They told us the item was on backorder and apologized. The guy promised us a big discount and said he'd throw in another product for the trouble. That was it. Two weeks later, on February 11th, we tried calling again, multiple times. We wanted to check on the backorder and maybe switch to something they actually had in stock. No answer. No call back.

That's when I got suspicious and started looking online. I found a bunch of complaints on a Reddit site. Then I saw over 200 complaints filed with the BBB. The exact same thing happened to all these other people. We are out $480.

Paid $900 for a grill that was never shipped, now they won't refund me.

I bought a grill from BBQgrills.com for $900 as a gift. After a month with no delivery, I called. They said they had inventory problems and emailed me that it would ship in 21 days. Months went by and nothing ever came.

I reached out again and someone named Isiah told me they never actually had the grill and stopped working with the manufacturer. So I asked for my money back. They said they couldn't refund me and I should dispute it with my bank.

The bank denied my dispute because too much time passed, which is exactly what BBQgrills wanted with all their delays. The merchant refused the refund. I've told them if they don't fix this and give me my money back, I will sue them.

Ordered a BBQ, canceled immediately, still waiting for my $999 refund

I found a BBQ on BBQGrills.com and called the customer service number to place an order. My credit card got charged right away, while I was still on the phone talking about the order. I canceled it two days later on January 16th after I saw all the bad reviews. It's been three weeks now and I still haven't gotten my refund.

The charge was $999 from January 14th. I've called their customer service a bunch of times and can barely ever get through. I never get a call back. I sent an email like they asked and got no response. The phone number on the site is 855-341-3312. There's a reported owner named Ryan Maltbie with a number 747-240-4588, but it just goes to voicemail. No one answers or returns messages. I really think this website is a scam.
