Repeated calls from Tina Davis at BC Services

I keep getting calls from this number (866) 822-1798. It's the same automated voice message every single time. It says "Hello, this is Tina Davis calling from BC services. Please contact me at 866-822-1798." That's all it says.

They call over and over again. I don't know what BC Services is or what they want. I haven't lost any money but it's getting annoying. There's no other information, just that same recorded message.
