Someone tried to bill my insurance for fake medical supplies

I got a notice from BCBS of New Jersey. Someone tried to bill them for medical supplies I never ordered. I didn't need any supplies.

They sent five bills. All together it was for over twelve thousand dollars. $12,303.00. For things I never got.

The address they used was in Houston, TX. It's not my address. I don't know who these people are. They just tried to bill my insurance.
