Someone used my info to open credit cards and drain my account

I got my personal checking account used for fraudulent charges over $9,000. They took my info and opened credit cards too. Discover, Synchrony Lowes, Synchrony @homeplcc, Capital One, Macy Citi, Primere Bank, Merrick Bank, Walmart and Sam's. I don't know how they got my info.

The phone number they used was 1(719) 306-6415. Email was [email protected]. Address they listed was CO, USA. I didn't give anyone permission to do this. It's a phishing scam. I lost $9,000 total.

I don't even know where to start with fixing this. They used my personal info to open all those cards and drain my account. I'm just trying to figure out what happened.
