Bought a couch that fell apart in months with no way to return

I bought this couch back in March of 2025. When it showed up the quality was just terrible. I mean really bad. To return it I had to pay the shipping which they said would be like $500 or more and I just did not have that kind of money.

Within three months I already needed a new couch. I have tried to use the warranty a bunch of times but there is just no way to get ahold of anybody. The phone number they give you just goes to a voicemail and they never call you back. The email they list for customer support does not even work it bounces back. So I am out $2300 for a couch that fell apart.
