Phone calls about paying for car crash damages after accident

I was in a car crash and now Bell Subrogation Services keeps calling me from (800) 282-6882. They are trying to get me to pay in full for the damages from the crash. I have not been sued yet and the insurance was supposed to take care of it.

They sent mail too from Concord, VA 24538. I don't know why they are coming after me when my insurance should handle this. I haven't paid them anything. Just getting calls and letters asking for money I don't think I owe.
