Ordered bras and still waiting months later with no refund

I ordered bras online on May 18, 2026. There’s nothing on the website saying this is a Chinese company or that the stuff ships from China. Six weeks later, still no bras and no tracking number.

I contacted customer service a bunch of times. They always apologize and say sorry for the inconvenience, then tell me in 3 to 5 days there will be tracking info. It never comes. I asked for a full refund twice and both times they said they’d be happy to arrange a reorder instead. At this point it feels like theft. I’m out $59.95.
