Ordered from Bellatori leather, got a fake product from Hong Kong

I placed an order with Bellatori leather company. Their whole website said everything was Italian leather, man made. Then I got a shipping notification and it was coming from Hong Kong. I knew right away something was off because of where it was coming from.

I looked into it and found out it's not even a real company. I paid $224 and what I got was a counterfeit product. The email they use is [email protected]. It's just a scam.

Ordered a leather jacket and boots, got unusable garbage instead

I saw an ad for Bellatori on my news feed and ordered a leather jacket and a pair of leather boots from their website. What showed up was total unusable garbage. It wasn't leather at all, just cheap junk.

I texted their customer service number about doing a return for a refund. They wrote back and gave me two choices. I could get a refund of $8.95, or I could pay a flat fee of $4.95 for two new replacement items and keep the garbage they sent me. What kind of legit business does that? It just felt off.

I know I'm out the $160, but now I'm worried because they have all my personal information from the order.
