Ordered online with tracking but never got the package

I placed an order online and they gave me a tracking number. The tracking said it was shipped but I never got anything. No package ever showed up.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] but nobody ever wrote back. There’s no phone number to call anywhere on the site. I paid about $60 for this order and just got nothing.

It doesn’t make sense. They sent tracking but then just disappeared. I don’t know what else to do.
