Ordered a handmade leather bag from Italy, got cheap plastic from China
Next day I check my account and the money was taken by a company in China. I called my bank and I called the business right away. They told me no refunds, I had to wait to get the item first. So I waited weeks. When it finally showed up it was this flat cheap plastic handbag, delivered by some Chinese delivery company. Not leather. Not handmade. Nothing like the ad.
Bank said they can't refund me because I received an item, and the business won't take returns. So I'm out $79. Something has to be done about these bait and switch scammers. Americans are tired of this Chinese junk.
Ordered two bags, one was cheaply made and customer service is terrible
But more importantly, the customer service is terrible. There's no way to reach them except by email. The responses I get feel automated, and there's no follow through to actually resolve any issues. I paid $79 and this is what I get.
