Locksmith charged over $550 for a ten minute job and hung up on me

I found them from a Google search and it gave me a Belleville address. He grossly overcharged me for services. He charged me 14.25% in taxes which doesn't even make sense because you don't tax services only products. I don't know why a tax was put on this service.

It was a total of $551.82 and took about 10 minutes to get the door unlocked. I tried contacting him after and left messages but no contact. I tried to talk to them but they just hung up on me. So I reported them to the BBB.
