Ordered an ice maker and now nobody answers

I ordered a Bellmont House ice maker from their website. After a couple weeks I tried calling the number on the site but it said the number was not working and to email them instead.

Then on May 15 someone named Jack from Customer Service emailed me asking for more info. We went back and forth a few times. Last I heard from them was June 16th. Nothing since then. I lost $59.99 on this. Their address is in Albany, NY and the email is [email protected].
