Paid for an order on Belmontor.com and never got anything

I ordered something from Belmontor.com and paid $26.30. Never got the product. So I contacted them and they said they never had my order. I sent them a screenshot of the order to prove it. Never heard back from them after that. Never got the product either. Pretty sure this is a scam.
