Ordered dog toys that were nothing like the website showed

I ordered 2 dog stuffies from them. It showed as orenfashion on my email and the payment that went through my bank. Today they tried to take out 39.99 again, and twice even. My bank declined it.

I bought from them last month and have not ordered since. The product was not what they advertised. They said the 2 stuffed bears were indestructible and interactive. It was neither. Not at all what they show on their website.
