Website charged me an extra $9.95 I didn't agree to

I was trying to buy something on a website. On the payment page, I filled in all my info. I hit next and it took me to another page where the only option was to say yes to proceed. When I did, it charged me an extra $9.95 right away.

I called the number on the site and they said they'd cancel it. Now I have to wait and see if the money comes back to my bank account. The whole thing feels like a scam, having pages set up that way.
