Halloween decoration from Benchmede was way smaller than advertised

I ordered a Halloween decoration from Benchmede online. It was supposed to be over 3 feet tall. What showed up was a cheap, shoddy thing that wasn't even a foot tall. Total opposite of what they advertised.

I contacted customer service and got the complete runaround. I kept all the emails as proof because it's clear this was deceptive advertising. Filed a dispute with my credit card company and got credited for the $50.96.

The annoying part is I'm still seeing ads for this same item everywhere.

Ordered hydrangeas and got stems instead of bunches

I ordered from Benchmede, their website is benchmede.com and email is [email protected]. Same as other buyers I guess, I received 4 stems instead of 2 bunches of Hydrangeas. It was an online purchase and I lost $45.73. MOST disappointed in my AppleCard that didn’t support chargeback!
