Got a weird text about an Amazon Prime charge I never made

I got a text and a voice message saying $1099.00 was charged to my Amazon Prime account. The thing is, I don't even have an Amazon Prime account. I called the number back, 580-768-7463, and spoke to a guy named Benjamin Albert. He asked me to verify all my personal info, like my name, address, and Social Security Number.

Then he asked if I wanted to be transferred to the Federal Trade Commission, giving me a reference number. He said my account was opened to several users. They also asked if I had other accounts linked to my name on my phone, and about IRAs. After that, I was passed to someone claiming to be from the DEA with another reference number. That call was really short. The whole thing felt off.
