Bought a steam cleaner on TikTok and never got it

I saw an ad on TikTok for a steam cleaner and it looked like a good machine and the sale was too good to pass up. So I clicked buy now and it took me to the Benton Living Co. website. I filled out the form and gave my payment info and hit pay now. Then it sent me to some site called Shop that handles payments for stores.

My payment was taken right away and it said I would get my item in 7-10 days because their website says that for U.S. residents. I ordered on May 11th 2026. I’ve sent so many emails to them and nobody ever replies. When you track your purchase on their site it shows these steps where your package is and the last three things on the list say the carrier has problems delivering because of a wrong address. Which is total crap. I knew the first time I checked that tracking I was never going to see that steam cleaner and I just lost my money.
