Ordered wigs I didn't like and still no refund after three weeks

I ordered some merchandise from this company and I was not happy with it. So I sent it back right away, paid for the shipping myself to return it. That was three weeks ago and I still haven't gotten my refund or any money back for the shipping fees.

I have photos, videos, all the emails, their addresses and phone numbers. I want to expose these scammers because this has been going on way too long. Nobody has done anything about it. I just want people to know they are selling stuff but not giving refunds.
