Ordered Easter basket gift that arrived late and fake

I ordered a NeeDoh Golden Egg Hunt for my kids' Easter baskets on March 10. There was no phone number listed so I emailed them every week asking where my stuff was. The tracking just said "in transit" the whole time.

Easter came and went and nothing showed up. I emailed a few more times and got no reply. Then I told them I was going to report them and guess what—2 days later the package finally came. But everything inside was counterfeit and super bad quality.

So not only did I have to run out the night before Easter to find something for my kids' baskets, but now I'm stuck with a pile of junk squishies that are worthless. I lost $80. Their website is berano.co and their email is [email protected].

Bought an Easter Nee Doh set and got a fake

Saw an ad for an Easter Nee Doh set. Looked really cute so I ordered it. Paid $80. What showed up was not a NeeDoh product at all. Looks nothing like the pictures. Total fake. I sent them emails asking for a refund. Multiple emails. They won’t even write back. Their address is 9280 Charels Smith Ave, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730. Website is Berano.co. Just want my money back.

Ordered from Berano.co but got a fake item instead

I bought something from Berano.co and what showed up wasn't even the right thing. It's a total fake. I have pictures of everything—the return address on the package, the junk they actually sent me, and a screenshot of what their site advertised. I'm out $40 for this.

Ordered Nee-Doh Easter pack, got tiny fake squishies instead

I ordered a Nee-Doh Easter pack from Berano.co. What I got were these tiny, fake squishies. They are not Nee-Doh at all, but they came in fake packaging that looks like it.

I tried to contact them to return it, like their return policy says. I got no response for five business days. I sent another message after that. Still nothing. They took $40 and that was it.
