Ordered one box of Berbine patches but they charged for more

I ordered 1 box of Berbine patches from their website. They charged my card for way more than that.

I only wanted one box. Now I see they took $31.99 out of my account. I didn't agree to that. No one told me it would be more. I tried emailing [email protected] but no reply. The phone number they have is (929) 674-7276. The address says Madison Avenue in New York.

I just want my money back for what I didn't order.
