Ordered an air conditioner but got a fan instead

I ordered an air conditioning unit from this company online. It was supposed to be a real AC, not just a fan. I paid 62 dollars for it.

What showed up was a little fan. Not even a good one. Just a cheap plastic fan. I tried looking for a company name on the box or the packing slip and there was nothing. No website, no phone number, nothing to call. So I'm just stuck with this fan I didn't want.
