Phone call saying my Flex-Move refund was coming September 5
Then I called "Best Buy" using the phone number on my Bank of America credit card and gave them the tracking number. They said they didn't have that number. If I called 302-455-7162, which I believe I did, it would have been the scammers. On that phone number I was told the refund from that July purchase would come September 5. That has not happened.
I lost $238.17 on this. Why does the real Best Buy not get into action here and sue these frauders?
Got a scam text saying Best Buy charged my card

Got a fake Best Buy renewal email, then spam calls
I trashed the email and blocked the number. Then I started getting calls from that same number, but I didn't answer. The weird thing is, the original email I got just disappeared from my inbox. Later, my phone flagged the number as potential spam. The whole thing was just a phishing attempt.
