Got a letter saying I'm a top nurse practitioner in PA

I got this letter in the mail. It says I was identified as a Top Nurse Practitioner in the state of Pennsylvania by Best In Medicine Magazine. It told me to go to a website, gillianzeile.bestinmedicine.com, to fill out a profile so I could be in their May 2026 issue. The letter said it was free, but they wanted to make sure they had accurate information about me. The return address on it was 1350 6th Ave suite 2, New York, NY 10019. The whole thing just feels off. I never signed up for anything like this.
