Got a weird award nomination letter at my work

I got a letter in the mail at my job. It was from something called Best of Medicine magazine, and it was addressed directly to me. The letter said I was nominated for a "Top Social Workers" award.

It had links and a QR code to click to "accept the nomination." I didn't click anything. I never signed up for this. I don't know how they got my name or my work address.

It just feels off. I didn't lose any money, but I don't like getting this kind of mail at my workplace. I don't know how they got my information.
