Called about taxes, paid them, now Javier doesn’t exist and they just give me the run around

Well I called this tax service. They were nice, ready to take my money. They gave me a price. I finally said yes. Gave them the information they needed to do my taxes. They said if I needed any help to call Javier. Well, Javier does not exist anymore.

They keep giving me the run around. I never get to speak to who is in charge. I called again today, spoke to these clowns, and they gave me the run around again. They refused to let me talk with the manager. I'm so frustrated.
