Movers held our stuff hostage and demanded more cash

Best Relocators gave me a price and a deposit amount. We were supposed to have three movers but only two showed up. After they loaded everything on the truck, the driver said our dispatch would call with the final amount to pay. Then they held my property hostage on the truck right when it was time to deliver to the new place. They said if we didn't pay the new invoice amount, they'd take our stuff to storage and charge $250 per day plus another $400 to deliver it later. The final payment had to be cash or a money order. They also refused to give me a copy of the contract or a receipt. When I tried to go back to the link they first sent for the deposit, I couldn't access it anymore. It was a total bait and switch. They got over $3000 from us between Zelle, cash, and a money order for the deposit and the final cost.
