Ordered paintings months ago and still nothing after a year

I ordered 3 paintings back in May 2025 on their buy 2 get one free deal. I paid $79.90. By September it said on its way but they never came. Now it’s June 2026 and nothing.

I’ve bought from them for years so I’m really disappointed. They won’t answer any of my emails. It’s like they just ghosted me. There’s no phone number or physical address on their website so I can’t even call anyone.
