Bought a fake spa part that broke and now my family is in danger.

I looked up an OEM part for my spa and bought it from Bestpoolshop.com. They told me it was a genuine OEM part, sold in the box with the right part number. I put it on the machine and it just broke.

I reached out to the real manufacturer, Pentair, and they said it's not an OEM part at all. This piece holds a filter together under tons of pressure. It's not just broken, it's dangerous. It could blow off at any second and has put me and my family in danger. Anyone else who bought one from this company is probably in danger too.

When I tried to contact the company about it, they blocked my home IP address. I can still see their site from somewhere else, but I can't get through from my own house. I lost over $312 on this counterfeit part.
