Email about a funding proposal I never asked for

I got this email from someone named Noah Cohen at [email protected]. It said something like "Hi XXX, it's been some time since we sent this proposal to your brokers for XXX." I don't have any brokers and I never asked for this.

The email had all these numbers like a funding amount of 190.000 and a repayment amount of 226.100 and monthly payments of 3,768 for 60 months. It asked if I wanted to take the next steps. It also said I could reply "not interested" and they would stop emailing me.

This feels like a phishing thing. I didn't lose any money but I don't know how they got my email or why they think I have brokers. I just wanted to report it.
