Tried to buy a plane ticket then they called and tried to scare me
The guy on the phone started telling me my ticket was only standby and didn't include any bags. Then he said there was no refund or cancellation at all. He was trying to scare me into paying more money right then. It felt really pushy and strange. I didn't end up paying anything extra but the whole thing felt off. Their email is [email protected] and they are supposedly in FL.
