Bought a ticket then they tried to sell me the same flight for double
But then I actually talked to a human to confirm everything, and they told me it was not refundable and the flight was flexible, standby, not guaranteed. So basically the ticket I paid for doesn't even guarantee me a seat on the flight.
Then they turn around and try to sell me a ticket for the same exact flight for twice as much. Same flight. Double the price. I don't get how that makes any sense.

Phone call saying my flight was moved 3 days later
After that they kept giving me the runaround and it felt like they were just trying to get more money out of me. I ended up having to close my credit card over it. They clearly sounded like fraudsters on the phone.
Booked through Cheapflights and United had me on a waitlist
I had already spoken to a representative the day before who said everything was included. Now it's a different story. This is a fraud.
Everyone I spoke to was hard to understand because of a language barrier. DO NOT PURCHASE AIRLINE TICKETS FROM BESTTICKETFSRE on Cheapflights!
Website changed my flight to a different day and destination
When I tried to cancel, they told me I couldn't. I emailed [email protected] about it and got nowhere.
So now I'm stuck with tickets I didn't even want and money gone. Just want to warn people about this site.
Booked a ticket and they charged me twice for a promotion
This all happened within about one hour. I called my bank and am trying to get my money back. The phone number they used was (877) 369-2144. This site is a scam. Lost $772.
Tried to buy a plane ticket then they called and tried to scare me
The guy on the phone started telling me my ticket was only standby and didn't include any bags. Then he said there was no refund or cancellation at all. He was trying to scare me into paying more money right then. It felt really pushy and strange. I didn't end up paying anything extra but the whole thing felt off.
