Flight booked with my info then they called for more money
Then I got a call saying I needed to pay more money to change the flight. That didn't make sense to me since the flight was already booked and paid for. I lost $236 through this whole thing.
The phone number they used was (805) 306-3738 and the email was [email protected]. Just want to warn others about this website.
Bestticketfare charged me more after booking my flight
I told them I wouldn't do that and wanted to cancel. They said I couldn't because there are no cancellations or refunds and that I was made aware of this on their website before the purchase. Nowhere on my email confirmation does it say anything about a basic economy ticket that could change and I would get charged more.
They refused to refund my money and said I went to their website and made the purchase so that was my fault.
Paid for a flight and they wanted more money two hours later
About 2 hours later they called me and said the fare is now over 1000.00 for the same reservation. That didn't make any sense to me. I called them back at (877) 369-2144 and asked them to just cancel it and give me my money back since they were changing the price. They said they will not cancel the reservation and they will not issue a refund.
I also emailed them at [email protected] but no luck. I'm just stuck with this charge for a ticket they won't honor.
Email about a flight booking I never made
The email also said they tried calling me and gave a toll-free number to call back at (877) 369-2144. It was all very urgent sounding, like if I didn't call right away something bad would happen. I didn't call them. I lost $300 because of this. I looked up the website and it seems like it's just a phishing thing to get people to call and give up their info.

I looked up the address they gave online—229 Lomax St in Idaho Falls. It's an abandoned house with a for sale sign on the door. They called my phone all day long. I didn't lose any money since I never called back, but the whole thing felt strange.
