Booked a flight and got an urgent email that felt off

I booked a flight with Bestticketfare.com. The next day they sent me an email saying there was an urgent issue with the booking and I needed to call them. They didn't say what the issue was in the email, just that it was urgent. That was a red flag for me.

I looked up the address they gave online—229 Lomax St in Idaho Falls. It's an abandoned house with a for sale sign on the door. They called my phone all day long. I didn't lose any money since I never called back, but the whole thing felt strange.
