Got a weird call at work saying I submitted something to the BBB

I got a call at my work facility. One of the staff sent me a text about it. The text said, "Damon from the Better Business Bureau called for you. He said you submitted something to them? 817-386-8701."

I never submitted anything to them. I don't know what this is about. The whole thing felt off.
