Email about a complaint I don’t have with the BBB

My business got an email saying I had a complaint with the BBB. So I called them to check, and they told me I don’t have any complaints against my business.

It was just a phishing thing, I guess. No money lost or anything, but still annoying. I had to take time to call and make sure it wasn’t real.
