Free trial turned into weekly charges I cannot stop

I signed up for a free week trial with BetterMe and now they just keep taking money out of my account every week. It was supposed to be a free trial and then I could cancel if I didn't want it. But I cannot cancel the subscription no matter what I do.

They have figured out how to debit my account weekly and I have lost around $19.99 so far. I never agreed to this after the trial ended. I just want them to stop taking my money.
