Facebook ad for NFL decanters I never got

I ordered 2 NFL glass decanters from a Facebook ad. The company name on there was Betu Limited. Paid $38.97 through Paypal on April 9, 2026. Got charged the same day and they sent me an invoice after.

Invoice number is 2407473249089913656554-001. Their email is [email protected]. Never got the decanters. No tracking or anything. Just nothing.
