Broken items and they won't give me a return address

I ordered some stuff and when it got here everything was broken and just horrible quality. I mean like really bad. So I asked them how I can return it and they just refuse to give me their address. They won't tell me where to send it back.

They offered me a $3.36 refund and said I should just keep the broken items. That's not even close to what I paid. I lost $75. So I took it to PayPal and escalated it there. Their email is [email protected] and the phone number they used is (845) 325-6518.
